Milwaukee Team

I am looking into forming a 5 man here in the milwaukee area. Must have own equipment, and be willing to practice at least everyother week. We are looking for at least 2 guys, and possiably as many as 4. (backups are nice) The right person will be:

willing to travel to tournaments
help take leadership of the team
not mind playing with 18 year olds
have own equipment
be willing to help obtain sponcers
pay for own paint and air


we are looking to move, and move fast, we would like to possiably move out of the rookie/novice classes by the end of the summer. We would play in most if not all wisconsin touraments, as well as a few in IL.
