board?Yes it will transfer but it requires the installation of a on/off switch

So how are the board, microswitch, and on/off switch set up on the B2K5? I was thinking it'd be like on the FS where the microswitch is on the board.

The board is no longer in the marker at the top of the grip frame. It is attached to the switch but the switch is held in place with screws like the Gen1 FreeStyles.

I need to explain this a little more before everyone runs out and gets things for the marker before they have it in hand.

If you have a standard B2K harness you can use it with a Chaos board. The only thing you will need to do is replace the eyes on the harness. The new B2K5's come with 3mm eyes instead of 5mm eyes.

If you want to replace just the harness you will need to go with a hybrid harness that is somewhere between the B2K harness and the FreeStyle harness.

All of this can be cleared up with a photo of the internals. I will check with ICD on Monday and see if it is ok to post photos of the internals. I was orginally asked not to post pictures of them yet incase there was changes yet to be made.
