im pretty sure it will work, just check if it has that little nub near where the saftey goes and if so then yes it will work, if not then its a easy fix. you can either attach something so its long enough to trip the switch. if you have the e-grip though i wouldnt reccomend the rufus dawg trigger, the durabouce doesnt really work all that well and it really only works as a trigger stop. id get the jcs blade trigger if i were you because
1. its meant for the e-grip only
2. its adjustable

If you play speedball i highly reccomend the JCS dual blade trigger. You can easily walk it and it is adjustable. This trigger will help you keep up with some on the higher end guns. You can get them on e bay for 28 bux and its not much mor for one than the rufus one. I had a double trigger not the rufus but similar and it stunk you couldnt even walk. So get the best out of your e grip and get the JCS!!!!

I cant buy off ebay and dont no where to get the jcs duel trigger but what other double triggars would be good for an e grip that you could be able to walk.
Here are my choices

Rufas dawg double triggar
Tippmann double triggar.
