Try Dynasty Dysected if your just getting into speedball, other than that just play and practice.

Its better to have coaches teach you so that you know you're practicing the right thing. For some reason, the paintball camps here won't allow kids over 14 to join.

russian legion is holding one in orlando for 150 bucks...thats right, 150....ridiculously cheap...if i were anywhere near that i would go there in a second.....and i believe avalanche will be holding some at the colosseum in wood river illinois sooner or later.
