Is there anything in the way of the trigger, or what?

What is the exact problem?

ok ive almost done it.im just having problems adjusting it to where the little hole has space all around it.where do i adjust?im also having problems with the trigger cover.the thing thatt covers the trigger so the springs and pens dont come out.that comesloose .i can shoot with the grip off by tripping the sear whe i pull the trigger but i have to hold down on the trigger to do so

That's really weird. I honestly have no idea.

I got the number right here because I needed a new buffer o-ring :P

Put your e-grip on turbo mode, this fills in the gaps. Read your e-grip manual to do this. Otherwise, make the trigger a little harder to pull but don't Yet, just put it on turbo or auto-response.
P.S. i had the same problem.

I had the exact same problem, this may sound dumb but check the battery. I bought a rechargable battery that happened to be crap, like 2/5 shots would fire after i recharged it... threw on the duracell and it was fine. Just an idea..
