This must be a trend for me. Either that of I have some really bad luck with internet sales theives.
This time it is with:
Driven Paintball
Po Box 17272
Anaheim, CA
92817
(714) 321-0164
sales@drivenpaintball.com
I had ordered over three hundred dollars worth of stuff.
Of which, I received. NOTHING!
Below is the email that I got from paypal after they ruled in favor of my claim:
Seller Name:
Driven
Seller Email:
sales@drivenstrings.com
Transaction Amount:
-$344.85 USD
Transaction Date:
Mar. 28, 2005
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Reason for Dispute:
Non-Receipt
Buyer's Comments:
I had made an order with Driven Paintball on 3/28/05 and paid via my paypal account ($344.85). I had an issue where I negelected to hit the submit button after confirming my payment via paypal, and my order was never submitted. I then contacted the seller and Steve responded stating that he sees that payment received, but the order is not is the system. He then just asks me to tell him what I ordered so that the order can be filled. That was 3/29/05. I have contacted a number of times to confirm if my order has shipped with no response. I then get an email today (4/6/05) stating that Steve will be out until July 6 and that he will respond to any emails then. Well, I can't wait until July 6 to get an answer and all I would like to know is if my order will be filled or if I am going to get a refund. Thanks,

Status:
Case Closed
Status Details:
We have completed our investigation of this case. We attempted to process a refund from the seller's account to your account. Unfortunately, the seller's account does not contain the funds necessary to cover this refund. We were able to recover $0.00 USD. We have taken action against the seller and are working to recover the remainder of your refund. We will contact you when we have more information. No further action is required of you at this time.
Again, this time I got hosed from a paintball company here in the states.
Damn this hobby is really starting to stink!
