What do you guys do for aiming? I have a spyder TL+, and it's impossible to use the sight rail due to my powerfeed. Though I have been able to aim (to some degree) but looking alongside the gun, I still have to compensate for it and it ends up as a waste of time.
Mostly I'm asking this as a paintball conservation question, since the spray-and-adjust method costs a lot of money eventually =D
So... yeah. Tell me what you guys do!
*hangs head in shame* Oh the n00bness!

I tend to aim while looking through the feed. I just see everything around it and anticipate what is there where I cannot see based on the surroundings. Either that or I look a little above the sight rail and aim over the feed. After a while though you'll get accustomed to your gun and your barrel and will be able to aproximate where your paintballs will go with little or no trouble.

I have to aim along the side of my gun because I've got a vertical feed body, which makes it impossible to aim over the top. It took some getting used to, but after a while I got used to it and can place my shots fairly accurately.
But what Magnus said is correct, just practice aiming however you want and eventually you'll get good at it.

for vert feed, use the part where the feed system ends on your gun and look down that part.thats what i do for my gun. for power feed, just look under the feed

I dont aim I just point and spray the paint in the general area. that is all I do. Because on matter what barrel you have you cant "aim"
