hey i was just searching and found this barrel for 40 bucks!!!
Keep in mind this is a 21" barrel!
so would you take this over a J&J Ceramic?

Mainly because it's 21". You lose a lot of air efficiency with a barrel that long. Plus I've seen J&J for cheaper.

then what is the standard where i dont lose alot of air efficiency and still am very accurate? what size?

after 14 in , u lose efficiency..

14 in or 12 in is probly the best sizes i think.

its all prefrence

So the J&J is ummm 14" or 16" i dont remember?
and does using nitrogen affect the effeciency?

just get the 14 in

and nitro effects consistency, is cleaner, etc. it should be in the sticky

um, yeah, if you bought that 21" barrel, theres a good chance you would have zero respect at the field

if you take some time and just read other posts you'll understand
