need help deciding

i searched the product reviews and everything, but i just can't decide between the CP 1 piece, or the JJ ceramic.

if anything else is better than both of these, but costs around the same price, please list. (if you want to flame me, go ahead)

both are excellent barrels, but i still prefer the cp.

cp. people have told me that with the same paint, assuming good match, the stock ion barrel shoots better than a j&j

Toss-up. Buy based off whichever has the color/bore-size you want in stock. And there are plenty of others in that price range that will shoot just as good as those... ie a Teardrop, Progressive, Xcel, etc.

I definatly prefer the teardrop/progressive barrels thay worked great for me.
