what happend to model 98 net!?

i tried to acces the sight and it wouldn't let me see it and there are rumors going around that it was shut down!

did i miss something?

Its not shut down! m98.net has always had VERY crappy servers. i can access the homepage, but the forum and all the other pages are not working. dont worry, they arent shutting down just yet.

maybe since there were a couple of punks who were trying to hack into that website about the soldiers in Iraq got the tables turned on them. The thread was something like "America should yada yada yada ppl like this" I cant remember.

I do know that there were a bunch of crap emails sent to the guy who started the site. There were like 3-4 kids talking about hacking his site and shutting it down. Maybe the messed w/ the wrong person.

It does suck though cause I was in the process of selling something there. Luckily I still sold it and the guy has my email address, but still it was inconvenient.

Ah well, maybe it will be back up soon. Lets hope so.

model98.net is a better tippmann site. There is more traffic mainly. This is a nice place to come and visit though and there is probably more activity in this forum than others on PBR.

The best site that I visit is AO. I think there is a lot to discuss and it is more interesting. I visit all though.

AO has some of the MOST intelligent posts ever. Its great. Never seen the term "AGG" use on there unless their saying how bad it is.

haha, no its not like that. I was actually sending a vid file to a guy to help host it for a BPS challenge that someone bet me on AO. They said that I couldnt shoot 15bps on avg for 5 seconds on Semi only. I used my Ion. I ended up getting an average of like 13.8-14.2 bps raking for 5 seconds. I also peaked at 16.6bps for a whole second. :D.

its not hot well,for you i guess it would be.it gets pretty coldbut the lowest ive ever seen the temperature is 20 degrees.most of the time its like 40-50-60 degrees in december.its been like 95 degrees this week and ive seen 108 before in the summer.
