Ballers!

I placed an order at bbtpaintball.com on 12-31-01. According to the sight I should have had it in 4 or 5 days (I'm ADDING a day for the holiday). Jan. 8. No package. I email for a tracking #, no answer. Jan. 11 I call. The woman I talk obviously can't find my order. I have to call them back 3 hours later. This time the guy can find the order. IT HASN'T SHIPPED YET! I have been waiting a week to do a trigger job. I still don't have the part. This guy just gives me attitude and ,get this, wants to know if they can send me the order when the backordered stuff arrives. This shop sat on my order for 11 days. They didn't answer my email, and I had to call them twice today.

Don't waste your time with these guys. They obviously have more business than they can handle.

I want there to be a positive side to this thread. Post places where you have had good experiences and got good values

Thats pretty weird you live closer to them than me, but Ive had gotten my stuff in three days with great service.

i dont like them... I ordered my gun/tank from them... took 5 days when there map said 2, i got the tank,
it was a 99!! (this was a few months ago) it had scratches on it, stickers had been removed AND A DENT ON THE BOTTOM (this was supposed to be new)
i called them, they tryed to bs me saying the tank is still new because it hadnt been used (99 thing) then i told them about the dent/scratch etc and they tried to say i was lieing.. so i sent it back and got a refund

They ripped me off on shipping and handling.

A small one pound package does not cost $11 to ship ground. Guess I know where they make their money.

the first couple times i ordered from them, everything worked out fine. my mom ordered some stuff in november for me for christmas. i still havent gotten it!

hmm... i've gotten everything from them on time. have you figured in the 9/11 part? everything needs to be super duper clean(like it passes 100%, nothing maybe, or iffy) for UPS to ship it.

I've ordered from them a couple of times and instead of a Black JT mask they sent me Olive and instead of Clear pods I got black pods, on 2 different orders. So what I think they do is this, they have all this stuff ( a really good selection ) but don't stock all of it. So when they get an order in they don't bother to let you know that they will ship it out when they get it IN stock. Then when they get the order in, if they don't have exactly what you ordered they send the closest thing to what you ordered. There customer service stinks. Flat out sucks. You will never get them to answer an email. I will say this, when I made my first order they didn't have a tank I wanted in so when I called they went ahead and shipped a better tank for the same price but you gotta get lucky and catch them at the right time for that to happen.

Yea, there located in San Fran right? Well i order a part there for 3 day shiping and im only like a 2 hour drive away from them. Well it took them a week to get it to me cause they held it in storage for like 3 days. So i dont order from there no more.

Interesting...

i have worked in a place where I was in charge of the internet and telephone orders. Most people, including me, are really cool if you just call them and let them know whats up. Apparently these guys don't care about our business enough to pay us that courtesy. I won't order from them again. I hope the rest of you guys follow suit. Lets only give business to the guys that give us good deals and treat us right.

Yeah I have had the same stuff happened to me twice. The first time i ordered a bunch of parts for my cocker and when my package arrived it was missing have the stuff i ordered and they don’t even bother to tell me that the stuff wasn’t in stock. Then I decided to give them a second chance and the same stuff happened, plus it got worse. I ordered black dye grips they came in clear and i ordered a KAPP drop forward and it was missing all the screws but one that was striped and the package was already open. Now I went back with CO paintball because they will at least call you the next day you if the parts aren't in stock and ask if you want to cancel the order, back order it or change the color.

It seems like th everybody likes copaintball. They shipped my to 3 Day air for free once when I had to call them back and confirm an order.

BBT is kinda big, they get a lot of customers, all of my friends have had great service. I think you have had one of the bad times that companies can run into.

heres an update on my situation. i still havent gotten the stuff so i decided to call the not so toll free number to see whats going on. they had me on hold for literally 20 minutes so i just hung up. im pissed!:pissed:

I hate bbt even more. i called them about them not shipping the last part and they said that we didn't order it when i did. Now today the package from them finally came in and they sent me the wrong part. i ordered a lightning bolt and they sent me a tornado valve.

Not even counting the fact that they NEVER tell u when they are out of stock or respond to email, they also have terrible service..

Well, my friend ordered a hammer (i think, something like that...doesnt really matter). Anyway about 8 days later, he called them only to be told it was out of stock. We had a game in a few days so he said fine cancel the order and i'll get it from someplace else.
So they say ok, your order is cancelled blah blah. He hangs up and just as he finishes ordering from someplace else, *knock* Gee guess what its the UPS and they have his order FROM BBT (though they said they were out of stock and had not shipped)

Now he got his bbt hammer, and had already ordered from another site...thats 2 Wouldn't you know only BBT would screw it up even more and send him ANOTHER hammer when they did get it in stock about a week later, even tho he had 1) already got one from them, 2) CANCELLED the order since they told him they were out of stock

Now that he has 3 of the exact same hammer, BBT of courses has the nerve to charge him twice for the 2 hammers they sent. He calls and after a grueling while they agree to refund both the things, but of course he has to send it back to them.

They wouldn't even credit him the $5 shipping (which isnt so bad but still its the principle of the thing) he had to pay to send it back, and it took him about another month and a half before getting his full refund...

I'm sad to hear this. I used to order all my gear from BBT. But, because I'm a tight wad, I refused to pay for express shipping, so I usually had to wait a full seven business days to receive my order. Then I found Paintballgear.com and started doing business with them because they were close enough to get my stuff to me in three business days, regular ground UPS. I'm also starting to order more from 800Paintball.com.

On thing I will stress, regardless of who your order from, CALL THEM ON THE PHONE. That way you can ask them right there, "Do you have this in stock." Might save you some headaches in the future.
