You need a new Cup Seal. Order a cup seal and Gold Seal Cup Oil. Put some oil on the cup seal and that will have it set in better than grease will. you can get the seal and oil from countypaintball.com or paintballkingdom.com

i've heard that problem a lot. Look at a Black Magic Cup Seal. Those are made to stop that problem. www.countypaintball.com has 'em

yeah, i was meaning to say black magic cup seal. order the oil with it cause the seal is $7 at CPB and they require a minimum order of $10.

you might be maxing your gun out with to much psi going into it. What are your guages at? I had the same problem, not just a tiny leak, enough to project the ball.

Just a note "DO NOT USE OIL" if you use oil on your gun it will get into the silanoid and then you are in a world of hurt. The oil turns to sluge in the silanoid body and will cause it to stop working. The only good fix is a new cup seal. The Black Magic is very good but not a must if $ or time to get is is a problem. One thing that most people don't think about is that there is a right and a wrong way to put in the cup seal, the smoth side goes in first. I know that some people will say that a small amount of oil on the cup seal will not hurt but a small amount of oil is all it takes to mess up the very small workings inside a silanoid. Hope this helps.

I actually had that as well. There must have been a bad batch of them or something. This is the first time (other than mine) I have heard of this happening. Obviously it's not a huge problem.
Glad to hear you got it fixed.
