Right,
I have been looking and reading every thing I could possibly find in order to make my decision on my first gun.
First I was looking at a m98, but that was only cause I saw my friends with a flatline and it could shoot disgustingly far. That lasted about 45 minutes. Then I decided on a shutter, until I read all the crap about how the expansion chamber is fake and the gun is a rip. I went to an ACI for a while, but then decided upon a TL+. People said Pirranha G2, but I think the TL+ looks better. That is important(yes I am a vain little *******). Now I see the sts Titanium. Is it any different gun than the G2 sts. It looks as cool as the TL+. So now I have to decide between those two guns. I can get the TL+ for less, but the money doesnt really matter cause id rather be happier with my gun. Thanks for the advice

Well, you really can't go wrong with either. I'd personally go with the TL+ as it's a bit more customizable than the Piranha. The Model 98 ain't bad either, the new drop in kits are pretty cool, at least some of 'em anyway.

Well, now that we're all talking about preference, I'd just get a Java Compact 2000 and use the money, in which would've gone into parts that you would soon replace, to pimp it out. :D

No problem, I'll back it up. Piranha bodies are a bit different from Spyders, the bottem is flat, and not rounded like the Spyder bodies. That's one reason why aftermarket frames will not be able to fit on. Also, Spyder bolts and Piranha bolts are different. From what I know, the Shocktech Delrin Bolt is the only bolt that fits in both the Spyder and the Piranha. Though neither of those parts are really all that important, it still proves that the Spyder is more customizable by a thin line.

no offense to piranha owners...but even tho some spyder upgrades do fit the pirnaha....they are actually made for spyders. dat means that upgrade producers make parts for the spyder, but piranha owners take advantage of the similarity....and use spyder upgrdaes for their piranhas.

Ide recomend a basic spyder mabie a compact 2k and up grade from ther that way the gun has what you want on it and looks the way you want it to look. that and you get a certian feeling of pride knowing you tosted that priss with a mag with a gun you did most of the work on

i'd go with the 98 custom. it's pretty upgradeable. i know they aint the best lookin guns in the world but they are pretty good for bout 125.
