I shot my buddies TES the other day. The bolt during rapid fire sometimes would not come back all the way. I tried turning off the eye and it did the same thing. I was wondering...could the input pressure on the reg be too low so that it did have enough pressure to recock all the way?
I dont know a lot about TES markers but i Know a lot about spyders, so i am not a dumb a**. Just wondering for some help.

It would make perfect sense. The recharge rate on the regulator isnt fast enough, so the gun loses pressure at high rates of fire.

Were you using Co2? If so, the O rings could have been swelling some.
BTW, the TES is pretty much a Spyder.

yes, CO2 was used. The only thing i can guess is that it isnt getting enough pressure to recock during paid due to the lack of recharge rate of the reg. ther is really nothing else it could be i dont think?

If the spring was changed, it may be too stiff for it to recock all the way.

Anyone know if the stock autococker inline regulator is any better than the stock TES one? I was gonna put the one i have on mine.. but im not sure if its any better..

im pretty sure if you replace the hose on the TES it wouldnt make a difference, and plus the Dragun TES threads are different from spyder threads or auto-cocker

You can get a new reg or relube it. Try different springs and there is a possibility that the sear isn't catching....
