A picture is worth a thousand words......

As you can see currently I have black electrical tape over the slots in my version 3 I-frame. I'm looking for ideas on how to seal these off (so dirt/crap doesn't get in) and still have it look respectable and not cheap. I've spent quite a bit to build this as my pet marker (and my only gun now) and am not crazy about electrical tape as a finished project. I'm not crazy about putting stickers on to cover up either.

There are pictures hosted at this link.

My hesistation to do that stems from when dirt gets stuck to the sticky part of the tape and it starts looking like hell. I considered using a small piece sticky side in and then attaching that to the inside with 2 small pieces of tape but there is no room b/c of the board.

I'd just put a small piece of tape over a larger piece of tape so that the holes are sticky, but it still stays on. Tape is about your only option unless you have some custom shop do work for you. Even then I don't know what they could do without putting in screws or something that might look even worse.

hsw sells plastic kits that can be placed in the holes for older amber style trays. call/email them. i believe they are 5-10$, and look very clean.

the i-frame has an intigrated solenoid tray, so a new tray would just be a waste of money, unless one wanted to down grade to the stock frame...
