i want to polish my internals but i have no clue what these things are

You can polish the internals without the need of them.
Dremel = Polishing tool
Mother's Mag Polish = It's a polish...

I would recommend that you don't use a dremel if you haven't polished anything yet... You could accidentally take too much material off, once you do that you can't get it back. Just use regular 800+ grit sand paper.

then cover it in honey and let it sit in the sun for 45 minuets

Then bake it in the oven at 10º for 234 minutes.

do you mean 100 degrees? or 234 degrees for 10 minutes?

If your feeling lazy and you have colgate whitening tooth paste that works great as a polish and it leaves your gun minty fresh use 2000 grit snad paper unless you want to leave nice size gouges in your internals

2000 grit sand paper? Are you crazy?!? Sandpaper that fine would take you forever to polish anything. Most people recommend 800+ grit sandpaper, they probably don't mean 2000 grit though.
