Well, I just got an 04 BKO, and have a lil problem. I set the pressure for 275, bring the lpr 1/4 away from the leak in the noid, and I start shootin. Mostly dry. Everything seems fine, however when I start really walking the trigger (in dry, and with paint) I get a leak from the noid. So I would turn the lpr down a bit, and it would stop leaking. Shoot again for a but, after like 10-15 shots, starts up again, bring the lpr down again. Gets to the point where I don't have enough pressure to bring the bolt back and forth. So I go in, and tighten the screw, and lube the lpr. So I air it back up, it seems fine, bring the lpr back up, start shooting, and the same thing happens! Perhaps I might have to somehow make the scress on the noid tighter, or maybe lube something else. What do you guys think?

try to tighten the solenoid screws. maybe put a tiny amount of blue loctite on them as well.

if its still happenning after that, your LPR is creeping. Only way I know of to fix this is cleaning and lubing it. I dunno exactly what causes creeping.

Check your reg seat in the LPR. Make sure it doesnt have any debrit on/in it. This could cause the issue you are seeing. With the noid being adjusted to leak then backed off it should leak after X amount of shots unless the LPR isnt regulating the pressure properly.

You may while you have the rear of the LPR off check the poppet, the little brass piece. Make sure that is slides nice and free. You can test it by simply pushing down on the poppet and make sure it comes back out after you release it. If it doesnt this could cause your LPR to over pressurize.

If this is a brand new marker you might need to run it a while to get the LPR broke in.

Make sure when you lube the LPR you are only lubing the piston. There is not a need for lube in any other part of the LPR.
