so everyone says angels are the greatest electro's.... alright they "have good electronics" but how does that make them better than a 1,200 impulse? the impy could have an i-frame, vision, freak system, delrin, and a max-flo, and it still costs less. So what exactly makes the angel worth the extra $?

it's personal preferance!!
what makes the impulse better then an angel? and vice versa! there is a lot of pros and cons about every gun. I prefer to shoot one because i feel comfortable with it's rate of fire, the weight, size, reliability, and looks. I could go on and on.
But what is to stop you from going on and on about an impulse? Please dont come in here to bash angels. sure they are expensive but hey, if you have the money why not.

yea, i'm not trying to bash angels, i'm just trying to decide if i'd rather upgrade my impy, or buy and angel. Just looking for the pros and cons of each as you said.

i'll give you my honest opinion i would go for a intimidator just because of what you get and it is a sweet gun and it lives up to it's name it already comes with an eye and is takes cocker barells it is a little big but it get the job done it retails for $950 cdn gun alone
and by the way i also like angels and impulses they're both sweet guns as well and i am just giving you my honest opinion

yea, actually i was thinking about getting a timmy, but i'm playing front and i've heard they're a little front heavy, not good for snap shooting. Also I didn't really have the $ for a timmy over and impulse. But when i'm done upgrading my impy (delrin bolt, low rise feed, freak system, vision, I-frame, + ano and milling) i'm hoping it will look something like this pic i made in photoshop. I'm just debating whether it's worht sinking 1,500 into my impy, or just saving and buying a nice angel.

Just go with a used LED angel................
I got one and love it to death , although WDP doesn't make the gun anymore , they still make and distribute parts.
They go for only like $700 ( which is how much i paid for mine with a ton of upgrades)
Plus , with WDP's great service , if you take it to one of thier techs , they usually can repair anything for just labor charges.

I can't figure out whats so great about the i-frame. It looks really uncomfortable, and isn't the most attractive thing. Thats all purely speculation though.:)

I-Frames are awesome, but make sure you have a Vision or you will chop paint like a chainsaw in a bucket of eggs.
ABout the Angel or Impy thing. Ive played with, and against both. They both have their own special feel too them.
If you get an Impulse, look into the rat pulse or the freak factory impulse or maybe the Adrenaline Impulse when it comes out.

think i'd chop even if I had a warpfeed with the I-frame?

How does the i-frame prevent/cause chopping?

the trigger pull is so short you can't feed the balls fast enough

Couldn't you just turn down the rof on the imp? I've had that problem with the stock frame a werm trigger.:D

yea, probly, but that would kinda defeat the purpose of getting an i-frame in the first place...
