E-grip + JCS Duel Trigger, more bang for your buck. You can use it to play either woods or speed, rec/tourney/scenario, any position.

Flatline is going to be most useful if you play woods/scenario, and if you play back. If you don't do those things you aren't going to realize the full effectiveness and benefits of the barrel.

So, I personally would say go E-grip and have an upgrade that is going to be useful regardless of your playing style.

I would say neither , but Coenen has a good ebolt idea.

I would say if you are going down the woods ball path the flatline, if the tourney/speed ball path either save up or what Coenen said.

No im just saying if you have the money for an ebolt i don't personally think you should get it, why make a low end electro out of a low end mech for the price of a high end electro, it just doesn't make sense to me.

And i told him to buy the flatline if he goes down the woods ball path ghilli, The high end electro forums didn't completely eat me up

It's an A-5 man(checked his profile)...unless something happened that I'm not privvy to there is still no E-bolt available for it.

I think the E-grip is still one of the best ups for the A-5. That and I'm tired of trying to talk sense into people who generally refuse to listen.

My mistake i thought he said Ebolt not grip meaning a5 and not 98, sorry about that, now it is a completely different story, fir the a5 the egrip is not as overly priced as an ebolt and the flatline is a formidable backman barrel.

well im not really a sniper because there really isnt any sniping in paintball. i just sit back an try to find high ground and good angles.

Kahuna, dont let other people pressure you into saying there are no snipers in paintball. Dont be fooled into thinking anyone is your peer here.

When you fire full auto, your accuracy will go down some, but in many situations, it is worth the trade-off.

A very respectable alternative to the flatline/egrip combo would be the flatline/gta double trigger combo. The double trigger is only $10 or so. Then save up for the egrip.

Flatline is probably a solid investment at this point. I play woods/scenario ball, and really appreciate how flat the trajectory is. It is extremely useful when the is a 3 inch hole in the brush and you can put one straight through it. E-grip is also useful, but I would go with flatline first. Also you can look into a response trigger setup for a little cheaper.

The JCS one is supposedly the best for the egrip, but it can only be used with the egrip, so that is why I mentioned the GTA one, which can be used with and without the egrip. Plus, if there is any kind of problem with the gun, it will be a tippmann part, which will make the whole warrantee thing easier. There are others that can be used with and without the egrip also. I'm not sure which one is the best. You might just run a search under A5 double trigger and see what comes up. Check the reviews also.
