I'm having trouble deciding what kind of player i am. My barrel has excellent range and im a good back player, but im good and geting angles and helping out with bunkering moves kinda like a tape runner. Is there any position that is basically a back player/tape runner?

Freaks the heck out of opponents. Try running for the center of the field both vertical and horizontal. It's an awesome position if you can hold it.

What matters is what yiou enjoy. I love running out there aggressively and making the kills moving from bunker to bunker while under fire. It's the best adrenaline rush in the world. Try it out you'll never go back.

See you in the middle

that is something you will have to decide for youself. why dont you ask your fellow team mates where you should play. They watch you play, they should know where you are the most effective.

I agree, you should play where you are needed you will be more useful if you can be a multipurpose player to yourself and to the team. If you have a guy that doesn't want to play in the back or doesn't have the paint to you can take that, if you have a guy that isn't feelin' up to haulin' butt one day then you can be a frount player.

I've wanted to be the back player though and my teams says im the perfect back player for them. But they also say they like how I move up along the side after we gain some ground in a sense. We need help figuring out good position assignment for a 5 man speedball team. 1 front 2 middle 2 back? 1 front 3 middle 1 back? etc.. What works best?

I think you should be the position that you are good at and your team needs filled. If you can chose the position, be center. Center is a good aggressive position, and yet can see everything to give orders. So, whatever you feel more comfortable playing.

On our team, we run one back player, one center, two wings, and a middle player. It works for us.

Anyone else have any combinations they'd recommend?
