Cleaning JT Gloves?

How do I clean my Power 2k's so that they don't shrink too, too much? Cold water, warm water? I played on a really muddy speedball course yesterday (Saturday) and I slipped and got my hand in the mud numerous times, not to mention getting shot there a few times (still some paint there). Please help! Not a big deal, since I'm only reffing next Saturday, not playing, but I'd like to know...thanks!

There should be washing instructions on the label. I have JTs Premier 2001 gloves and I just throw them in the washing machine with the rest of my gear and hang them to dry. Works fine.

When in doubt, always wash in cold water and hang to dry.
