I somehow got paint between the lenses in my goggles, is there any way to clean this out?

Yeah, you leave it in there for a couple months until it drives you mad and then you tear the stick-on lens off of the other one and obliterate the paint spot with the harshest abrasive you have just out of spite, then buy yourself a new lens, hopefully one that doesn't need another dang lens stuck on it.

I find when I play in the cold it expands a bit and then I use something small like a piece of paper to pick it out! It works just fine but takes a little work...

OK, here's what I did
I took the lenses out, then I used a blow dryer to heat up the glue that is on the foam between the lenses. I then spread the lenses far enough to get a rag inbetween them. I then reheated the glue and pressed the lenses back together. I would like to find out what type of glue is used so I can secure them more firmly.
