Another new mask, brought to you by Twitcho, you saw it here first :)

Yep, in the day and age where everyone and their brother is makin a mask, Dave Youngblood Enterprises is entering the market. Their new offering offers a wide field of vision, with a VERY small profile. IMO, it looks promising in terms of profile, however, the side view shows very little jawline protection, which isnt critical, but those shots hurt. Also, the mask looks pretty ugly, but some people may like it's looks. Because the lense fits so close to the face, it's doubtful that it will fit glasses, so all you glasses wearers are SOL. Since I'm sure you're all DYE-ing to see it (haha, DYE-ing, get it??) here's 2 pics I pulled offa warpigs site. Dont worry though, in 2 weeks you're gonna see people posting "look at this new mask that's gonna be comin out" completely oblivious to the fact that it's already been posted. Ah well, I digress, here's the pics, and I still like the proteus better :P

Oh yeah, it's called the invision or nvision, because it's profile is so small you're invisible, or some other hippy crap like that. Post your thoughts :)

It looks ugly and leaves open alot of skin that hurts alot more than a direct hit to the body head and below. It looks almost like an alien invented it.

Not as uglie as my xteame 280 vision the bubble dome takes the cake great vision though anti fog too

That is ugly and there isn't much protection at all. That must suck getting hit in the jaw and all that neck area that's exposed.

I didn't think anyone would make a mask smaller than the Raven ... having said that, i'd avoid it, the Raven exposes a lot of head skin and neck skin, but this one seems to open up a lot more ... on the Plus side, it's probably very light, and the lens area looks big enough to wear glasses under. I wonder if it's a thermal lens? And how much does that puppy cost?

I dont think that the mask is ugly, it is the guy behind it :). HA HA, well I wouldnt mind that mask, it looks cool to me anyway, and I would just get a headwrap and a neck protector. It does look like it will hurt to get hit right behind your jaw though. :EEK:

Vforce Morph and Shield are fantastic masks. I love my Shield. Guy on my team has the Morph. Both are awesome systems.
Proteus looks Johny Space Boy and that Dye mask looks just lame. I think a Whipper Snapper would give you the same coverage to the jaw... Lame design.
