I have an interesting delema. I can get an ion as soon as i sell my bko, I could save up sum after I sell my bko or trade my bko + cash for a emag or my friends hypermag. Lastly I could sell my bko, save up for like 2 months and buy a proto or dm4. What should I do? Plz post other options. I need a gun ASAP because I will be playing in some tournys at the end of this month and next.

I'm going to say Emag, if you can find one. 3.2 Software, Fireware coming up, and mechinical anti-chop?
Protar!
I chose it for a reason.

If you need a gun right away, get the Ion. If you want a really good high end gun, get the proto dude!

Only one that is going to help his situation...You can't play tournaments at the end of this month if you're saving for a proto. Go mag. Maybe you're friend will cut you a great price or you can pay in payments.

E-mags are nice. See if your friend will let you try it out first, if you like it go for it.

alright thanks, I'm leaning more towards a used emag with 3.2 because i can get 1 for like 4-500 used. Because I also need to pay for entry and paint in our tournys (were not sponsered :( ) and I need it quick, plus it is impossible to chop with a lv 10 :)

Thats a heck of a good deal on a 3.2 Emag. Does it have a ULE/X Valve? or is it the older SS/RT valve combo? Either way, it'll still rip, i'm just curious.

Buy this Emag... not sure if it's still for sale, but for $450 it's pretty good

ya i was lookin at that 1 but untill i sell my bko i cant buy 1, right now i have $150 + money from bko + paycheck next week and week after + money if I sell my spyder, proly not tho cuz I love that thing - lunch - paint - other nessesities (sp?). So you see, I will not be able to buy this gun an other couple weeks, depending on how many hours I work next week and if I go play next weekend. But I am open to suggestions and other emag, proto, or other deals in the b/s/t forums. I was just wondering what gun would be better so I would know how much money I would need to save. Thank you for your advice.

Honestly save for a proto.
The E-mag should come with a E-Valve aka emag valve.
AND FYI-With a improperly tuned LVLX [LVL 10] you CAN chop paint.
Check pevs, last I saw they had protos for 750ish
