All im gonna say is while range is nice the flat line lobs paint balls as opposed to shooting them.
Im gonna say a Bigshot because they would work good on a model 98 I think because they arent the greatest guns.

Dye Boomstick probably, they are very nice barrels, but I do think they are kinda overrated.
Boomtisks are nice..I think they are overated too. Way overated. People are starting to see that they are

well,,depends on what youre going to do. If youre gonna be doing some sniping,,id go with the flatline system. But that will make that gun pretty dam$ long. If you play up close , or middle,,id get something quiet with some porting, like and all american,,thats just my opinion,,,

Definantly the J7J Ceramic, got one on my Piranha STS G2!
43$ at http://www.paintballondemand.com
I dont think the J n J ceramic would be that great on a Model 98

i've got the j&j and it ain't bad on my m98. Just makes the gun look really long, but so would any 14" barrel

I love my bigshot. My wife has a 12" j&j ceramic. Both excellent barrels for the price.

For the price of a flatline, you can get a Smart Parts All American barrel which i think is way better of a barrel. more accurate and farther distance, plus it's cheaper
