Get a Longer Piece of Steel Hose. Or get a Vertical adapter, Expansion chamber or regulator, then get some steel braided or macroline from that to your bottomline.

Get a 90 degrees elbow for Stainless Steel line. It's like 3 or 4 bucks, and a lot easier to put on than a whole new line. But, if you were to get a new line, try macroline, very, very good, and more flexible than SS hoses.

Are you sure it will work with the standard steel hose line on have on there now?

I just bought the same drop forward for my 98 and had to buy a longer steel braided hose. You should look for a line between 10 and 12 inches in length then follow the insrtuction in you manual about removing the line from the marker. Be sure to use plenty of teflon tape.
The DF works great.

DOnt waste your money on a new hose have the people at your paintball shop put on a quick disconnect, thats what i did, nice feature to have to...and you dont have to open the gun up to put it on just put some threadlocker on your threads and youll be set.
