As long as the regulator can take the output, certainly. There are some that cannot, such as angel mini-regs, but virtually all these days can do just fine.

Ok, i was just wondering cuz the tank is preset at 850 psi, and the manual of the odyssey O2 says dont have ur marker running at higher than 400 psi.
