Uhhh... Skyball (http://www.zapskyball.com). It's the largest indoor tournament in the world. We're not playing this year, but my friends and I are going.

Recently there was a tournament at area 51 paintball. There is also blizzard ball sometime this year (call champs for info). The Golden Triangle tournament has a few events in the vicinity of Toronto. Wasaga Paintball holds a number of tournaments in the summer, including the Canadian Nationals (Beach blitz), ZAP and Champions also puts on a few over the summer
