Im looking at a new multiple switch barrel system and the two i am looking at are the equation pro ms and the Custom Products Pro-Barrel Complete Kit.

The custom products ia quaite a bit more money, but im curious as to know whether it is worth it over the equation barrel.... I would probably get the system that has all the tips and all the bores... or maybe the one with just the 10inch tip.

what are any opinions on these two barrels?

I have a ms pro and in my opinion the"extension" doesn't do anything but make it longer and use more air, but it is still a really accurate barrel, and the only problem I had was getting it screwed in too tight, and not being able to get the first piece off without taking off my front block (this only happened once)

The extension probably doesn't do anything for performance .. But, it allows you to be able to aim easier .. If you barrel is too short, it wont allow you to look down the barrel at your target.

I have the CP Pro. I like it because many ppl break w/ inserts.. and i dont trust them :)

CP kit rocks..its very pricey, but fortuanly..you can find many good deals.. find a good deal, and only purchase the pieces you need if you want to save on cash.

I think CP kit is the best barrel kit on the market..i dont like inserts, and i dont trust them, and i wont use them. I have seen too many freaks break paint, and i've heard of 2 equations breaking brittle paint on the inserts.

i have not tried the checkit kits though..haven't heard anything about them
