Guys,

My friend who plays stock is finally in the market for a semi, and has narrowed things down to the BKO and the Diablo Wrath. Both are within his price range so that is not a problem. I shoot a BKO and am slightly biased towards it can anyone give me some good arguements to help him decide?

ps. He tried the ION at my local field and hated it. So please no, "go buy an ion" remarks as he does not want one.

^Yup. I'd rather take almost anything with eyes than something blind.

The BKO has been out a little longer, so you have some reliability data to go with on that one.

The Wrath has break beam eyes, which are crucial these days with rapid-firing.

For the price, I'd probably be willing to take my chances with the Wrath. Eyes are important. You may hear about this guys friend who has a Wrath with problems, but you'll hear about someone else who has trouble with a BKO and still another with Ion problems. No company has released 100% perfect markers but odds are, you'll get a good one.

Try and get a hold of a wrath so he can shoot both and make up his own mind. That would be the best option.

He's tried all three and the ION has beem elminated, the wrath has dual break beam eyes, which is nice. The wrath is ready to be gased right out of the box, with the BKO you need to buy a bottom line/macroline kit.

those are my pro-wrath argruements.

he's really on the fence it's all he talk about.

I should probably just tell him to shut up, and get the wrath and be done with it. :dodgy:

I like the BKO alot mainly because of its looks. I would say to get the BKO. But since your friend is in the market for a better gun, maybe he should Look at the B2K4. The B2k4 has PDS so maybe the B2K4 will fit his fancy.

I dont care wether or not the BKO is blind or not, ICD Customer service is better than that of Diablo. Not to mention, with the exception of the wiring harness, the BKO is of higher quality...and no, i have not had any trouble with my Harness ;).

I doubt you can find a b2k4 in stock. ;)

And I would take nps's customer service over icd's.

End of thread guys he bought a Silver BKO, and added an Dye Excel Barrel, and a HALO Frontman hopper.

Wrath.

Why? Gee, well, it's a BKO, but without that stupid tray. Not to mention it looks better. But wait, there's more! It has a break-beam eye system! Who woulda thunk it?

Like I said he went out and bought the BKO, some more money for his new barrel and hopper, the sad part was for that amount of money he could have had a B2K. :|

Ah well you can't win em all I guess. I personally told him to get a wrath, but I guess my BKO had something to do with it.

A guy at our field bought a Wrath, and it craps out on him just about every other game. Something about the wires on the noid being weak or something. It always goes at the worst times...like when he tried to bunker me and his gun died. More often than not, he walks off the field after a game cursing his gun.



(He wasn't real found of getting counter-bunkered in the face by a stocker, either.)
