Well, A+ to Tracerpaintball.com! I just got myself a turborev board and Vortex impeller. After quick shipping, I recieved the package today and with trembling fingers, replaced the paddle on my 9V revvy and then the board. After hooking up the board and putting the thing back together, I pressed the "on" button with trembling fingers. After being greeted by a musical chime to let me know the hopper was on, my 12V machine of death spun the paddle so quickly it scared me and I nearly dropped it. I decided it was time to load this thing up. Pouring 200 paintballs into the psychorev hopper, I snapped the lid closed, and turned my Shutter up to 12 BPS on my Storm Frame. I sswitched it to full auto and held the trigger down. And held it down. And held it down. Ball after ball loaded so quickly! There wasn't even a chop or break except on the last ball (from blowback). This thing was INSANE! The package claims a 16BPS feed rate but in order for me to get it to 13+ I need to buy a bolt that cycles faster. I HIGHLY reccomend you buy yourself one of these boards from www.tracerpaintball.com and a vortex paddle to go with it. If the HALO feeds faster than this, it can't be much faster.
