Homemade squeege !

Does anyone know how to make a hommade squeege ? I lost my other one so i need one. And i am to cheap to buy one . Trying to save up money! So if anyone knows how to make one PLEASE tell me !

I have a home made squeege to supplament my others. just take an old undershirt and cut a 12-18 in strip about 3-4 in wide and tie some kind of string to the middle of the rag so you can pull it through. Mine is really tight going through the barrel and it cleans out perfect in one pull. I used weed waker string and looped it around the middle of the rag and used duct tape to hold the string together. thats the general idea.

i took and cut the top elastic part of a sock about 2 inches down and tied a string around it and it works fine. hope it works 4 u

Get an old towel, cut that down to about an inch, take a coat hanger, and poke an end of the towel. You might want to put something on the coat hanger so you dont ruin your barrel. I know there is some kinda rubber that dries to stuff. Like you can take a plier and stick it in the rubber stuff and it will come out with rubber grips. you could even put a coat of varnish on the coat hanger and then it should protect the barrel.
