 I have 98c stock. yesterday i was screwing in my co2 and it came short (i think i screwed it in crooked) so i unscrewed it and a puff of co2 came out to depressurize it. so i screwed it in again and everything was fine until the valve opened and it started pouring co2 at a fast rate from the asa. not wanting to get frost bite i let it empty out wasting 5 dollars.
but i don't want this to happen to my other tank so if you know the problem i would be very thank full

where did it start pouring CO2 from? I'm going to guess you mean that it started leaking from around the ASA. If that is the case then you likely just damaged the tank o-ring. Replace it and you will be good to go.

To prevent damage to the O-ring pull the trigger while unscrewing the tank.

Be sure to oil the tank O-ring too.

For what it is worth, I agree with everything said.

Also, I think it is pretty hard to crossthread your tank into the ASA

Its probably just an O-ring that needs to be replaced.
