I have been playing paintball with my 2002 preserial number BKO for a while now, and I have never really had problems with it. Last time I went out paintballin.. I had some problems getting up to chrono.. because I would always leak with my HPR at 250-275. I would turn my LPR up it wouldnt leak.. then on the third ball or so it would start leaking out the solenoid, and would not stop leaking up til I fired about 10 more shots if Im lucky. It leaks out the solenoid and sometimes out the end of the barrel.

I just changed my battery.
I already tightened all the solenoid screws.
And Im just about to go lube my regs.

I think the valve is not making a good seal.. am I right? And if I am, how can I fix that.

Check to see if your gasket is dry/cracked.
Also see if the hose going to the ram housing is loose..

The hose is not loose. And what does the gasket look like?

its a rubber thing between the solenoid and ram housing.

You have your HPR set to high. You need to have your HPR set to roughly 200-250psi max. You marker runs at a lower pressure than the current BKO's because of the volumizer on it.

Try adjusting your HPR to 200 psi.
Goto the chrono and use your LPR to reach your desired FPS.

If you cant get the marker up to try increasing the HPR by 25 psi and repeat the above.

Thanks. I will try it next Saturday at the field.. hopefully that works.

The gasket looks fine too.

Would having my LPR to high also make my shot to shot really inconsistant? Because right now I'm getting one good shot, then one rolling out the barrel, then the next one not even making it out the barrel, and the next one pushing them both out really hard.
