just got my 12v revy and was wondering what to do about the on/off switch when my cover gets here for it? do i have to cut a hole?

What? You have a revvy with out any casing?

When you buy a 12v you should get something that looks like a hopper with an extra bit at the back with all the batteries in, and also .... a switch!
