so why is a shocker so much better than an impulse, cuz from what i've been reading in reviews and stuff they seem like identical guns, just that the impulse is smaller than the shocker

shocker is closed bolt. they have different triggeres.....i like hte shocker's trigger pull better. impulses is kinda wobbly(side to side movement) from wat i hear.....but both are nice.......both come with hte max flow regulator which is one of the best out there.

The triggers on Impluses where fixed. The one i got is tight.

i personally like the impulse more. Why? Because it is lighter, smaller, more reliable and cheaper. You can find one for $430 but i got a blue satin finish impulse so it costed $499. They fixed the triggers on the newer Impulses so they are tight and have virtualy no side-to-side play
just my two cents
