yeah, but be warned, that rail is a one itme use thing, you may already know but i didnt when i first bought it. Once you put it on you can't really take it off.

Thats a really good rail combo. I have it myself and I am very please. I have taken mine on and off many times and it works fine.

doesn't your screw's threads get messed up from the ball bearing?

well, i guess eagle had a different experience than me, but to attach the rail to the ASA there is a ball bearing in the rail that gets pushed into the ASA when you screw in a screw. Because the scrw is pushing the ball bearing into the metal of the ASA, the threads are damaged and prevent the screw from backing out. It is a good thing because it elimitates problems with your rail coming loose, but is bad because you cant take if off without needing a new rail.
