oh, and i can get a fill station, new, for 30 dollars. is there anything i need to know about fill stations?

do they require professional installation? or do they just hook on?

can a scuba shop fill up the tank for me if it has a paintball nitrogen fill station on it, or would it be a big hassle to get it filled?

i think you first need a scuba licence in order to buy a tank or even get it filled.

Nope, no licences required. First off that tank should last you all day. Depends on the amount of paint your gonna be shooting but unless your planning on shooting like 6000 rounds you should be fine. Other then that you just go buy the tank at a scuba shop, if you don't they will want it hydro tested, and when you need it filled go there and get it filled. Its like a hpa tank for hydro testing, every 3-5 years I believe. But it should suit your purpose.

What state do you live in? Are you sure I can get it filled in California without a scuba license? Isn't there a way to prove it's been hydro tested, it says on the side of the tank doesn't it, so a local scuba shop wouldn't fill it unless i bought it from them?

ok i had to go through the same things that you went through when i bought my scuba tank. first off look around for dive shops in your local area and ask questions like how much you charge to fill do you require a liecence how long it will take to fil how much psi they can give you. i live in california and you just have to say that you are using the tank for paintball or else they wont fill it. i usually walk in there in my jersey to prove that i play
