ok here the situation. my friend has a 98c and currently wants a new gun, but the problem is his mom wont let him even if he has the money. He mom has no problem with him upgrading his gun though. so the question is if he buys and e grip for his 98c will the pull be any shorter? will it be walkable? and the other question is what it the difference between the ebolt, and the e-grip?

thanks

at this point there is only the option of the e-bolt for the 98c. the e-grip for the custom pro may be able to be retro fitted to the 98c, but ur air smith will have to do it. the diff between the two.

e-bolt= electropneumatic
e-grip=sear tripper

an e-bolt can be walked because it changes ur gun into an electropneumatic. ur best bet though is waiting patiently and getting the e-grip when it comes out for the 98c (this choice saves u like $150). with the xtra money that u save get an HPA tank and u will b all set. the e-grip will lessen trigger pull.
