Is it bad that I dropped my co2 tank?

Did it dent? If it didn't dent, bend the threads, or seriously etch the tank it should be fine. Just inspect it for damage before you use or gas it up. If it's damaged buy a new one, your safety is worth a few dollars spent on a new tank.

I did this when I didn't have my thread protector on. If it isn't too big, they can still fill your tank just fine. But if it is big enough and they can't fill it, you'll have to buy a new tank. :banghead: you can't buy a new valve to screw into your tank... you might be able to get it anti-siphoned and when youdo that, they might replace that part.
I AM TELLING YOU, GET A THREAD PROTECTOR IT WILL SAVE YOUR A** SOMEDAY!!!

Licensed airsmiths can replace/install a co2 valve. They just screw right on, for goodness sakes (with the proper sealant/adhesive, of course). But after paying for all that, you might be able to buy a new tank.

Why the HELL ARE YOU USING IT! Dented threads and pin means it should be leaking on your marker and off, and rust is a saftey hazard I would guess...
