Okay, well I got a sonic borg, and it was blemished. It looked like the trigger frame had been dropped it has parts that look like bad machining. Now, I emailed PBK and Smoke told me I could either, keep it and get $100 back, return it and get a non-blemished one.

Now, the thing that is bugging me is that these blemishes will kill any resale. They are physical damage past scratches, they are like, impossible to fix, not to mention the anno flaws. These flaws are the main reason I'm leaning towards just returning it and getting a new one. Also, my resale won't be totally killed instantly.

Also, I'm fully aware that this marker will get scratches and dings, but the blemishes are bad, and can never be fixed. I mean, I don't really care if my marker gets battle scars, but this stuff is far worse IMO.

So yeah, I'm not sure what to do, and I'd like to get it either shipped back on Saturday if I decide to get a replacement Sonic, or keep it.

will the blemishes affect performance at all? If they will, return it.

Either way, I'd say get a new one. At least it won't annoy you all the time, and if you do choose to sell it at a later date, you'll get more than the $100 they are gonna send you.

I would return it. Of course you could just sell it too me for cheap :dodgy:

Well, I've seen from your other posts that the blemishes were clearly annoying you so I say return it. True, the gun will eventually get scratched but at least it will be pretty for the time being.:)

what every1 else said... unless it performs god like, and u send it back and get one that doesnt perform as good :P

If you get a borg, it should look as good as it performs. Return/exchange it.

return it. $100 isnt really worth it considering that wouldnt even cover the cost of a new ano.
