Unknown Problem, HELP!!!

Ok, my friend just got a new custom pro by tippman, as soon as he hooked up the gass a loud bang came from inside the gun and when he shot it, the paintballs couldnt even make it out of the barrel, any1 know what the problem is?

I think he probably blew an o-ring. Field strip it and check all of the seals

It probably was an o-ring. O-rings arent very hard to replace.

just 1 question right now.....did he take it apart first?...and if he blew an o ring woulnt gas be leaking?
