i just got an 03 bko in a trade and i went to the field today to test it and had a problem, the operating pressure was 400, i didn't adjust it cuz my girlfriend was waiting in the car and she was already mad

then my other problem was that it was shooting 150 fps one shot, then the next shot was shooting around 300, it would switch speeds every shot i.e. 150,300,150,300, ... it did this consistantly for 4 pods, it did it weather i shot one, waited a few seconds, shot again, or if i shot like 5 bps single finger, or if i walked it around 15 bps, it would always shoot like this, i don't know what made it do this, i'm thinking it's either the dwell or the regs, i'm gonna clean the hpr reg and see if that does anything, anyone know what i could do?

If it seemed like you were shooting atleast 15 or more bps, then yes it most likely maxed out.

Your reg should only be set at about 225, try adjusting it.

Actually a 2003 BKO should only be about 200 psi. If you have a volumizer on it you would want to set the HPR even lower, say around 180 psi.

This is most likely why you have issues with the marker cycling at various speeds. It is most likely the reason why you are hearing the marker chirp as well.

You can unscrew the LPR from the bottom next to the HPR and you screw out the adjustment screw in the front, and unscrew the back. For the ram you have to take off the tray and trigger frame. Pull off the micro line from the barb of the LPR and unscrew the ram housing and pull it out of the main body. All the wires should be connected so do this on a desk. You need to unscrew the hammer from the ram, which is pretty hard if it was never dont before. Once you get that off unscrew the ram cap and it slides out the back.
