Things to do to a new gun

ok... i just got my gun(literally... like it just came in the door) and i am wondering wut should i do to it before i go to play?

put about 2 drops of oil(paintballgun oil) thru the Air source adapter(where the tank goes) then lub up the bolt and striker lightly and fire your gun a few times w/o paint so the oil goes all inside of it

I assumed you have a blowback marker since it is your first gun

do you have to take the gun apart to oil the bolt

you only have to field strip it to oill the bolt

What type of marker? Check to see if the orings on your tank are good, and oiled. Make sure to wear a mask.

if never done that and it would probably be a good i dea cause sometimes it leaks around my oring and i mess with it and it stops

You MIGHT have to adjust the velocity, though I'm not sure.
