Get large. As a rule of thumb, get a jersey that's at least one size bigger than your normal size.

Is this for speedball or woodsball. If its woodsball go to your local surplus store and buy a nice camo jacket for 5 bucks. If you want some top of the line camo pants grab a pair down there for another 5 bucks.

If this for speedball get a more uhhh speedball oriented jersey. It will save you alot of getting made fun of I can asure you of that.
