we made a paintball field next to our house in a land my parents own, and buncha kids come over and we play, but sometimes they bring their friends that my parents dont know. and my parents are worried if one of them gets hurt, they could sue them, cause its their land. is there a way we can prevent this form happening? caus eits bothering us also and we dont want this to happen, so could we get a like waiver they have at real paintball fields and use those?

Even with a waiver you could be sued. There are some fields that have their waivers online, you could down load it, change a few words around and be 'good to go' but I would PM or email RCXpaintball and talk to him.

Well, if they are under 18, then you ned their parents to sign the waiver, they can't do it. I say play on some other land with those kids.

waivers don't really mean much in court. They do give you a little leverage but i mean it can still be like bypassed. I'd not allow other people to come, find somewhere else to play, or call someone who would know something about this kind of stuff.

you can't sign away your right to sue someone.

But you can sign away the ability to win.
