What is the shizzle off the bizzle with multi mode markers like the timmy in tournies? Are they allowed? or do you need a semi-only-board to use them?

In the NPPL I'm pretty sure they have to be locked on semi.
In tournies you can only use semi. Not sure about bursts but for sure no auto.

only semi for all tourneys
no burst or full auto

those burst really dont help you . most people i know can shot faster than 3 shot burst on semi
