I plan on getting the freak barrel but I dont know what bore size to get?I also need to know how long the backs of them are?And what an insert is?And how to find the bore size I usually shoot diablo blaze or brass eagle ( caues its cheap)

For the blaze get a .687 insert and for the BE paint get a HUGE insert .691 at least....but I would VERY VERY VERY VERY STRONGLY suggest u never again touch BE paint...its crap beyond belief. I'd rather be shooting seconds (those are only $30/case)
