my picture is too big! how do i fix it?

if the picture is too wide or tall, simply use a picture editing program (even one as simple as paint) to resize the image. in paint, use stretch/skew for the best quality image.

i know but even if i make it smaller it is still 100x100.

stretching/skewing the picture changes the percentage, not the pixels, of the picture. to get it to be exactly 60X60, get out your calculator and divide 60 by the number of height pixels, then 60 by the number of width pixels (hit ctrl + E to find the attributes of the image). that'll give you the percentage it needs to be reduced by. plug those numbers into the stretch/skew window.
