I have a Dye Stainless Steel and it is a great barrel. It is accurate and it balances my Xtra nicely with a 20 oz tank and full hopper. They are around $60 now I think. You could also check out the Smart Parts All American, it is a quiet, accurate barrel. Another good barrel is a J&J Ceramic. It is just over $40 and works very well.

If you don't care about loudness, the Lapco bigshot is a good choice.
I would go with Codestar 20 on this one Dye SS are very good barrels and are within your budget.
check this site for barrel info
